The modules of the training sessions and implementation sessions will be released through our Searchie platform (enabling fully searchable trainings by keywords) on a weekly basis from 8 May. The live Q&A calls start on Thursday 11 May and are at 10am on Zoom. If you can't make the live calls, you can pre-submit your questions in our private Facebook group (or by email if you don't use Facebook).
I already have Small Business Legal Academy (SBLA), do I need this programme?
The Small Business Legal Academy provides the resources and an online course to protect your business, but is completely DIY with no access to Suzanne. This is a 'Done With You' programme with Suzanne by your side so that you actually get everything put in place - and importantly, correctly in place. What date does the programme start? What is the schedule for the calls?
The training and implementation sessions will be released on a weekly basis from 8 May 2023 (although you will have access to all of the templates before then).
The live Q&A calls with Suzanne will start on Thursday 11 May 2023 at 10am and will be weekly after that for 12 months (except during school holidays when Suzanne will answer your questions in the Facebook group). If you can't attend the live Q&A sessions, you can pre-submit questions in the Facebook group (or via email) and there will be recordings available from the following day.
What if I'm outside of the UK? Can I still benefit from Total Legal Protection?
The programme is based on UK law so if you are outside of the UK then certain elements such as the team module may not be directly relevant in your jurisdiction. However if you have clients in the UK, the GDPR module will apply and if you have international clients, then using the client templates and understanding the general principles in the Terms of Business / Client Contracts module will certainly help your business.
How long can I continue to use the documents for and will they be updated?
You can use the documents for as long as you like. You will also benefit from accessing them through our membership site and to them being updated for 12 months from your date of purchase.
