How does  Total Legal Protection work?
It's simple. Once payment is received for the programme, we invite you to register for our membership site. Then you can log in and have instant access to all the legal document templates in our easily navigable membership site. The modules of the training sessions and implementation sessions will be released on a drip feed basis over 6 months. You will receive invites to zoom calls for the training sessions with Q&A and the separate live Q&A calls - if you can't make the live calls, you can pre-submit your questions in our private Facebook group (or by email if you don't use Facebook). At the end of each module, you will be asked to complete and submit a mini assignment to show that you have understood key principles and put in place key documents - don't worry, you have lots of time to do the assignments! If you submit all of your assignments by the deadlines, then we provide you with a certificate at the end of the programme, that you can feel free to use in your marketing. 
I already have Small Business Legal Academy (SBLA) or Legal Buddy, do I need this programme?
The Small Business Legal Academy provides the resources and an online course to protect your business, but is completely DIY with no access to Suzanne. This is a 'Done With You' programme with Suzanne by your side so that you actually get everything put in place - and importantly, correctly in place. So if you have invested in SBLA but haven’t yet got round to implementing everything or aren’t sure that you have implemented correctly, this may be exactly what you need.

The training and implementation sessions will be released on a weekly basis from 7 February 2024 (although you will have access to all of the templates before then). The rest of the schedule is as follows:

What if I'm outside of the UK? Can I still benefit from Total Legal Protection?
The programme is based on the law of England and Wales. If you have clients in the UK, this programme will certainly help you to protect your business and comply with laws that are applicable to your business. 
How long can I continue to use the documents for and will they be updated?
You can use the documents for as long as you like. You will also benefit from accessing them through our membership site and to them being updated for 12 months from your date of purchase. If you would then like to renew access to the modules and the templates after 12 months of the date of purchase, you can pay the sum of £197 plus VAT per year to continue to receive this benefit.
