Is there anything worse than realising that all of this could have been avoided…
As business owners, we know that we should be prepared for anything. But when the to-do list is getting longer and longer, and the clients keep coming, it’s tough to set aside time to remember to get legal protections in order…

The feeling when that email comes in and we realise we're in trouble. Palms start to sweat. Heart starts to pound. The text becomes blurry...
The refund request
8 months ago, you secured your first high ticket client. Settling down with a cup of tea and reading your morning emails, up pops an email from the high ticket client. Glancing at the email, it seems that the client is demanding a full refund because they aren't happy with what you're providing them with. A sick feeling sets in and heart starts to pound. The money is long gone and there is no cash to refund the client...
The non-payer
6 months ago, a client started your course and it was agreed that they could pay in instalments. The latest instalment is now 2 months overdue and the client is not replying to emails or calls. A debt collection agency asks to see the contract... Realisation dawns that there wasn't a written contract about the instalments....
The cancellation of your big event
You have planned, paid for and sold to 50 people a business event. External world events have led to travel restrictions being imposed. Realisation sets in that the event needs to be cancelled and clients are going to need to be refunded. On asking the venue for a refund, they point to the contract that was signed and say that they have no obligation to refund....
Okay, okay, enough doom and gloom...

The point we are making is that the legal stuff doesn’t usually feel important UNTIL it’s too late.

With service based businesses with an audience that loves us, we spend so much time IN our business that we often forget to work ON our business.

Nobody wants to think about their beloved clients missing payments, or competitors stealing content, or contractors letting them down when everything is going well!

And when we are allocating funds, it’s tough to think of spending several thousands on a lawyer to draw up contracts when we could just download that one we found on Google right?

Problem is that document we found on Google isn’t going to provide the protection we need…. What to do….?

As a result of this 12 months of access to Suzanne's immense legal knowledge, all of her huge library of resources that have been built up over the last 11 years, and access to her celebrated 90 Day Implementation Programme, you'll gain the peace of mind that all of the legal protections that are needed and beneficial to your business are in place - done and dusted - and you can sit back and bask in the knowledge that your business is legally protected for the rest of its days.

Not only that but you will have ongoing individual access to Suzanne and her trusted team of experts to guide you as to the best course of action when the unexpected happens.

All for less than the price of your daily cup of coffee!

The reason Suzanne is offering this very special programme is because over the past 11 years, she has seen small business owners struggle with the same problems:

  • They don’t realise the risk to their business of not putting legal protections in place (the average cost of a legal problem to a small business is several thousands of pounds...!)
  •  They don’t know what contracts, policies and disclaimers they need to put in place.
  • They don’t know what other legal protections they need to have in place.
  • They don’t know where to turn for affordable legal support to put protections in place.
  • They don’t know how to establish healthy boundaries in working relationships and actually implement legal protections.
Don’t be like Janet...
...who 2 days before her big event and launch of her new programme received a Cease and Desist letter saying that she had to change the name of her event and programme. The pressure of not knowing where to turn for help and deciding whether or not to cancel the event was enormous. If Janet had done one small check before naming her event, she would not have suffered in this way.
Don’t be like Emily...
...who signed up to an email services agreement without reading it or understanding it, that tied her in for 3 years and when, even though her email delivery rates had dropped through the floor, she was still obliged to pay for it for the next 2 and a half years. If Emily had understood just a few simple things about supplier contracts, she would not have found herself in such a mess.
Don’t be like Rachel...
...who had freelancers working directly with her clients and suddenly she was receiving emails from clients giving notice on their contracts. When she looked into it, it was because the freelancer had offered to work directly with the clients for better rates. If Rachel had just added one clause to her freelance contract, she wouldn’t have been struggling to save her business.
Suzanne has countless other stories of small businesses suffering, where it could so easily have been prevented with the right legal knowledge and implementation.
“Even I have had legal problems that nearly derailed my business. A client not paying a bill for several thousands of pounds and then going insolvent, left me with huge cashflow problems and meant that I seriously had to consider going back to paid employment – with the long hours that this would entail and keeping me away from my family. The thought of that was devastating. I felt a big fat failure.

Miraculously, I pulled through. I hustled hard for some new jobs and insisted on being paid upfront. I learned two key lessons from this and have implemented new procedures to make sure that it never happens again. See, legal knowledge is one thing, but without actually implementing policies and procedures, this huge financial loss can happen to any small business owner.

I share this to show that big legal problems that can seriously derail an expert business are a real possibility for anyone. But if one understands legal protections and then very importantly actually takes action and puts all those protections in place in the form of contracts, policies and procedures, we will be in an infinitely better position.

After I changed my contract wording and implemented the policies and procedures that would ensure that I was paid in full and on time, I have not once in those 6 years had a single non-payer.

With this having happened to me and with all the hundreds if not thousands of problems that I have helped my clients with over the past ten years, I am truly passionate about helping other small businesses to avoid making these same mistakes and having their businesses derailed in the same way.“
Even Suzanne has had big legal problems in her own business.
Over the last 11 years, Suzanne has been helping small businesses protect their online business by way of an online courses, template legal documents, checklists, factsheets, video trainings, case studies and live Q&As. Suzanne has helped tens of thousands of small business owners and has even won a Law Society Award for her pioneering work in this area.
But Suzanne is now doing more…
“I wanted to ramp it up a notch and help small businesses even more.

Maybe this rings true for many of us - there are certain things that we want to do where we just need to have someone by our side - helping us and motivating us to take the action we want to and need to take.

Like my personal trainer… I have been working out with her for the past 9 years and I pretty much know all the exercises by heart. However I also know that if I don’t have a date with my personal trainer in the diary, the work out doesn’t get done.

There’s always more urgent things to do – so even though I know it’s super important to work out regularly, it just doesn’t get done.

I also know that if I have a twinge or an ache, she will adapt the exercise to make sure that I can work out safely…

That’s why I’m happy to pay my personal trainer to help me implement to get the results that I want AND to make sure that I get the results safely.

This got me thinking about how I can offer even more help to small business owners and make it even easier for them to implement the legal protection they need.

Hence, my 90 Day Implementation Programme was born, a programme that is especially for small business owners struggling to put the legals in place by themselves or reluctant to pay a small fortune to a solicitor.

I also recognised a need for individual support from me. In the same way that I can text my personal trainer if I have a muscle twinge or if I needed to break a sugar habit, I realised that small business owners needed individual access to me, or other experts, to have their individual questions answered.

Often, not having that certainty and reassurance was stopping them from moving forwards in their business or worse, leading to terrible consequences when they chose the wrong course of action.

Hence, we launched our membership for ongoing individual support from me and my team of trusted experts. So that you never have to be by yourself again in making a difficult decision and have the peace of mind that it's the right one."
Here's how we take the Journey together

The knowledge that everything is in place and not just in place but in the correct form will bring such security to any business owner. With the average cost of a legal problem for small businesses being several thousand pounds, it’s going to save an awful lot of money. Not just the money, but the wasted time, energy and pressure that legal problems bring.

It’s also amazing the difference that having these protections in place and knowing that things are done properly can have on business mindset.

Suddenly, with boundaries in place, clients won’t be pushing those goalposts or requesting refunds. Those dreaded, difficult conversations won’t need to take place. Getting higher paying contracts will be easier with more confidence about being able to deliver what the client is expecting. Approaching bigger clients will start to happen because there’s no embarrassment about a cobbled together contract and doubt about whether it contains the right things. It's truly transformative!
“I believe I am the only lawyer offering this side by side implementation programme. I am uniquely placed to help you with all of your legal challenges – not just because of my top level legal training and experience at the world’s largest law firm, not just because I have helped tens of thousands of other business to protect their business but because I run my own online expert business. I have the same struggles that you have and I understand how this expert industry works.”
If Suzanne was to help to implement all of this on a one to one basis, her fees would run into many tens of thousands of pounds.

Suzanne’s hourly rate is £450 plus VAT and all of this is being offered for less than the price of a daily cup of coffee.

The value here is immense.

For just £997 plus VAT upfront (and then from just £27pm plus VAT for the last 6 months of ongoing support*), proper legal protection and professional legal documents will no longer be one of those things that is out of reach or one of those things that one day will be addressed - all of the legal protections in place that are needed will be in place and we can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that our business is properly protected.

Imagine the feeling of satisfaction and relief once that is done.

12 month money back guarantee...
Our promise: Purchase today 100% risk-free because the Journey to Total Legal Protection comes with a FULL 12 month 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Because we're so sure that our Journey to Total Legal Protection will be so immensely valuable, we are offering a 12 month guarantee.

If the Journey doesn’t meet its stated objectives, then a full refund can be requested.
This is an offer that needs some FAST ACTION, not least because we're limiting the number of places and because the price will be going up after this offer, but also because we have a super fast action bonus to reward the action takers.
The first 12 who sign up will be invited to an intimate mastermind lunch with Suzanne at a luxury venue, where Suzanne will get to know the action takers and do everything she can to help them grow their business, not just at that lunch but going forwards.

Suzanne will provide the connections to people who need to be connected to, she will promote mastermind attendee's offers where possible, she will answer any business questions. When Suzanne was running her masterminds, the only opportunity you had to pick Suzanne’s business brain and benefit from her 11 years of experience and connections in this industry was to pay her tens of thousands of pounds, so this is an immensely valuable opportunity and one that can be available by just taking action quickly.

We also have an early bird offer – so if the offer is taken up before the early bird period expires, we will send an invite to our virtual mastermind day where we will have hotseats, for us to go deep on helping businesses with their biggest challenges.

Again, previously this has only been available as part of Suzanne's masterminds where she charged tens of thousands of pounds, so this is an incredible opportunity to get totally unstuck on anything that is holding the business back.

The offer deadline is midnight on Sunday - so please, if this is something you recognise as too good to miss, please take action BEFORE the offer closes.

We even have a 3 pay option to ensure that even the smallest businesses can afford this opportunity.

Just imagine the feeling of satisfaction, reassurance and relief when everything has been so easily and affordably put into place.

Here’s what you will get access to immediately when you sign up right now (and throughout the 12 months):
Immediate access to 120+ legal document templates including Terms of Business such as a Group Coaching Programme Terms, Consultancy Terms with a Proposal, Virtual Assistant Terms, Book Keeper Terms, a VIP Day Contract, Events Terms, Speaker Agreements, Online Course Terms, Membership Site Terms, eBook Terms and more. We have Cease and Desist Letters, IP Assignments, IP Licenses, Copyright Notices and Disclaimers and a lot more.

Invitation to our vibrant members only community where you can network and support each other - after all running your own business is very often a lonely affair, especially in recent times... our monthly socials ensure that you quickly get to know like minded business owners who can share their own experience, cheer you on and provide that often needed sense of belonging.
Invitation to our members only monthly training sessions and access to the extensive back catalogue of recordings so that you stay up to date with changes to the law, guidance, case law and more AND have reminders of the key legal issues in your business.
Access to our home study version of our SBLA LIVE course covering 8 modules of essential legal training for small business owners. If you can't wait for the 90 Day Programme then you can get stuck into this immediately.
Here’s a reminder of what you will get additionally in months 3, 4 and 5:
Invitations to 3 training sessions and 6 implementation sessions that will ensure the following is actually put into place right then and there:
1.
Terms of business, with all of the many protections in there that need to be drafted correctly to ensure those protections are effective – we are constantly amazed at how many terms of business don’t include the right wording and therefore don’t contain the right protections
2.
Freelance contracts are in place to protect when working with freelancers – there can be so many legal problems when working with freelancers from them stealing clients, to infringing other people’s IP with the end result of having to fight off an infringement claim.
3.
All GDPR documents are in place – privacy notice, cookie policy, data processing agreement and more to ensure that trust isn’t lost, brand isn’t damaged, civil claims aren’t received or regulatory investigations being started.
Invitations to 2 week long Implementation Sprints (and the recordings):
4.
Our How To Be A Negotiation Superstar Sprint will teach you all about the skills of negotiation - have a client challenging the terms in your contract? You will learn exactly how to respond to be in the best possible position without damaging the client relationship. Equally, never be taken advantage of by suppliers again as you learn the key points to look out for in supplier contracts and how best to negiotiate these to your most favourable position.
5.
Our Content Protection Sprint  will enable you to put in place all the right notices and disclaimers on content – whether that be on training materials, blogs, webinars, eBooks, courses, methodologies… It will also ensure that you actually own your Intellectual Property, something that so many small businesses get wrong… AND you will discover how to take effective action against competitors who steal your content, without having to spend a fortune on lawyers.
Here’s a reminder of what you will get additionally in months 7 to 12:
6.

“In the lead up to GDPR being introduced, I knew I had a lot to do to be ready for it. After signing up to Suzanne’s group and getting all the templates, I still hadn’t actually implemented everything. So setting aside a few hours to finally ‘get this done’ was brilliant. I focused 100% on going through everything and was able to ask questions along the way and get answers to help me complete my list.

The session was on Zoom and I had all my templates ready along with everyone else. Suzanne went through the info giving us guidance and we then went off and did our work. I dipped back from time to time to ask questions as needed.

Once it was done I felt relief. I’d finally sorted everything once and for all and understood it all. I would definitely recommend these implementation sessions to anyone else who needs to get the legal stuff in place and just keeps putting it off. Having the expert there to ask meant I really could get it all finished on that day."

“Highly recommend! When I started I wanted to get my client contracts and website documents in place and protect my IP. I have done that and so much more - I have a level of understanding that has far exceeded my hopes for the course. Suzanne takes something complex and daunting and makes it simple and easy to understand. She walks you through the different documents clause by clause and answers all your questions. There's as much learning in the Q&A as there is in the content. I now understand the purpose of the clauses and what they mean in context and have the confidence to negotiate them as well. I feel set up for success in multiple areas of my business - dealing with vendors, taking on associates, offering online programs, negotiating B2B contracts. The organisation and delivery of the course as well as the rapid response support team is outstanding. Content is easily searched and accessible and you also have access to the Savvy Shay Business Club which also offers additional trainings and networking opportunities. It's an absolute goldmine of resources and support which you'll be glad to have to avoid any expensive legal headaches."
Lindsay Cressey
“Suzanne has played a key part at the start of my entrepreneurial journey; it's rare to find a lawyer who also runs an entrepreneurial business and so who has depth of legal experience plus insight into the everyday joys and agonies of running a business. I have gained access not only to an extensive and comprehensive legal template library covering all aspects of small businesses, but also Suzanne's fun and straightforward teachings which give great depth of understanding and how to implement these documents. I was looking to have all the necessary legal documents in place before I started trading; now I'm ready to start trading, confident that I have myself and my business in the best legal shape going forward. Suzanne makes the legal side of your business accessible, understandable and even fun!"

“Suzanne's programme has been the best investment I have made for my new business. I know that my business will reap the benefits for years to come. Not only have I learnt a lot about the legal aspects of having a business but I have also been able to implement some of that learning, such as securing the IP for my content including my logo, and putting an appropriate privacy notice and cookie policy on my website. The programme is brilliantly structured, very thorough, very accessible and also quite fun. Suzanne and her team are totally dedicated to giving their clients the best help they can, and have been very generous with their time and the amount of resources they have put at our disposal. Suzanne is a brilliant guide: she knows her stuff, she is very patient and supportive. The Q&A at the end of each training session means that everybody has the opportunity to ask questions related to their own business and get a direct answer from Suzanne. That's been invaluable. It will save you time and give you the strong foundations and protections that all businesses need."
Anna Louise Cowgill
This programme is a must for anyone with a small business. Suzanne teaches you everything you need to make sure you have the right legal protections in place to protect it. Not only that she walks you through how to implement them step by step and answers all of your questions. It is great motivation and will give you confidence in negotiations and peace of mind that you are properly protected. You will end the course with peace of mind that your business is properly protected and you will have greater confidence to negotiate your future contracts."

“I had a Copyright issue where a competitor was using my material on their Facebook page. It looked likely that they would also publish my material. As a member of Suzanne’s membership, it was so easy to know what to do. I adapted a template letter and sent it off and within 48 hours the material was removed from the offending Facebook page.

I have also used the template Cease and Desist Letter to successfully deter two businesses from using my business name.”
Karen Hooton
“Sometimes wish I have more time to spend on the legal area of the business, there is soooo much content, Suzanne has made it fascinating and so easy to follow, the extra days of walking through the templates has been well worth the time and money, increasing my knowledge and confidence for understanding and using the templates in my business. The templates make everything look and feel so more professional when applied in the business and are above many other competitors. It's the reassurance that you are doing things the correct way to protect both you and the business. And I now know what to look for in other Ts & Cs, etc from other businesses - priceless, thank you to Suzanne and the team."
Paula Tadzik
“I was hesitant about the programme as I literally knew nothing! 😂 I found the sessions and implementation sessions easy to follow and a few weeks in I found a whole load of confidence - I had some of my own business documents complete and ready to use... I no longer felt out if the loop. Suzanne's teaching and ability to help you understand made the course invaluable to me. The support team were always on hand ready to help out. I have already been shouting about how good it is and set up as an affiliate already."
Amie Crews
“It's not just a set of templates, the guidance that Suzanne gives in explaining the legal terminology has enabled me to feel confident about what I have in place and I finally feel properly protected. I went from various cobbled together documents and keeping my fingers crossed, to a fully comprehensive and legally protected business. The programme pace was excellent, having access to the templates is one thing but having Suzanne walk it through and explain what it means in layman's terms means that I now fully understand, and trust the documents I have in place.
I have completely overhauled all the documents I had in place across my website, members platform and with regards to IP."

“The course is very practical. Suzanne is straightforward and clear in her explanations. She has great business ethics. The course is of course an investment, but it is excellent value for money."
“I find the Facebook group an invaluable support and enjoy being able to interact with Suzanne and other members in such an instant way. As most of us work on-line all day against tight deadlines, getting such quick responses is a real plus point. It is also very useful to see other businesses legal queries and the resulting guidance as often it can apply to my business too or arms me with the knowledge should there be a time in the future I find myself in a similar situation.

I love the sense of business community the Facebook group gives me, knowing there are other small business owners out there with similar queries or dilemmas to myself. Lastly but not least, having direct access to Suzanne’s immense knowledge and her straight forward way of explaining the legal world has added real value to my business and given me the confidence to implement policies and tackle long overdue projects."

“When I first joined the programme I was concerned I may be overwhelmed by all the legal complexities and jargon. Suzanne's leadership and knowledge of the programme practically set out what I needed to know and broke the topics down so that it makes sense. I am a fan of her ability to move us from information to implementation too. The programme provides so much clarity around the legalities of running an online and small business and takes the overwhelm away. I feel so much more confident and savvy about protecting my business, IP and relationships."
Melanie Coeshott
“Comprehensive, thorough and practical way to not only learn about the key legal requirements and implications, but combined with simple ways to implement them."
Anne Welsh
“I would recommend Suzanne Dibble to anyone. Lots of people will sell you legal documents or courses on how to prepare them. Suzanne does that but she and her team also get you thinking about how to operate your own business in a way that works for you, your clients and, of course, the law. It's the best way to not only know what you are doing legally, but why you are doing it."
Dr Alison Grimston
“We don't know what we don't know until we have some training like this - and every day we are putting our businesses at risk by not getting these legal documents in place!"
"What Suzanne helps with is way beyond going out there and finding some die-cut templates. Frankly, it's like chalk and cheese in terms of the support you get and the quality of the templates."
Paul Jenkins
founder of

"What Suzanne offers is always amazing value for money – it’s a no-brainer. The fact that Suzanne has such an excellent reputation means that I know that the programme is ‘major’ outstanding value. I recommend everything she does to all of my business contacts."
Amanda Fitzgerald

"I genuinely cannot tell you how much stress Suzanne has relieved from me. As small business owners, we want to get it right. Suzanne takes away the headache, the worry, the uncertainty out of it, in what I can only describe as a beautifully simple process."
Sonia Gill

Helen Errington
“What a fabulous experience. Suzanne patiently guides you to not only prepare the right legal documents for your business and its activities, but also ensures that you understand what each means and why you need it. An amazing course - well worth the investment!"
Carolyn Boddington
“You have a complete legal structure in place by the end of the programme. Also the clarity we now have around GDPR is worth it alone. It’s a very supportive community. And a very intelligent group that asks great questions. It’s a pleasure to learn from the challenges/scenarios others have in diverse businesses to mine. It is hard to put a value on what having access to a professional legal infrastructure and a legal expert to answer my questions is for a business of my size. Suffice to say Suzanne has provided at least 1000x value for my investment and I will be forever grateful. I go forward safe in the knowledge that I am as protected as I can be. It would have been years before I could have afforded the legal infrastructure I have put in place thanks to Suzanne, if I would have ever actually done it. Thank you so much Suzanne."
Kristiina Gwynne
“Fantastic to get all the legal documents in place to grow my business. Suzanne was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and her team are really supportive. It feels very reassuring.  As a result I have created my privacy policy, sorted my cookie policy on my website, created my copyright notice, created my terms of business and data processing addendum. I also have my freelancers agreement ready! Thank you!"
Jo Manton
“This gives you the courage and confidence that you're running your business in the right way! Whenever I needed to reach out to the support team, I got a prompt - and helpful - response.  Benefits-wise I got my IP assigned straight-away from my graphic designer, updated my website terms of use, privacy and cookie notice, and reviewed my existing Associate Agreements to make sure they were legally compliant. I also really appreciated virtually meeting other business owners in different stages of business and learning from their challenges!"
WHO is Journey to Total Legal Protection for?

It’s for very small businesses - solopreneurs, micro businesses, freelancers whether just starting out or quite established who aren't sure that they have all the legal bases covered. It doesn't matter whether you are a sole trader, a limited company, an LLP or a social enterprise

Whatever stage of business, it is so much better to establish the business on solid foundations and build on that from the start rather than trying to tidy things up later on. It is so much more costly, time consuming and draining to resolve a legal problem than to protect against it happening in the first place.

If just the thought of trying to work out complex legal issues and how the law actually applies to a business is daunting, then the Journey to Total Legal Protection implementation programme is a perfect fit for you and your business.

Suzanne uses her 24 years of legal experience, of having worked with tens of thousands of small business clients AND of having run her own expert business for the past 11 years to distil down the things that really need to be known and gives real life examples of how the law actually applies to an expert business.

If not having the time to work out what legal issues apply is a problem, but equally paying the expensive hourly rates of a one to one solicitor is not an option, then oh my goodness, this programme will be a dream come true!

Leveraging Suzanne’s 24 years of top-level legal experience, we will explain everything about the most important legal issues that are likely to affect an expert business and exactly what you need to do about it - in the easiest and most affordable way.

If knowing what steps to take next in your business is proving challenging because of a lack of confidence to weigh up the risks of a certain course of action (or because the next steps are not obvious) then the Journey to Total Legal Protection Implementation Programme is a God send.

Suzanne will clearly spell out the consequences of taking a certain course of action, making it easy for a quick assessment of the risks and a quick and informed decision which way to proceed, gaining momentum and not second guessing actions.

If legal matters are as dull as dishwater and time spent on bringing more money in is a priority, this programme is the answer to all prayers!

We have a special VA Accelerator Pack as a special bonus where a virtual assistant can take part in the implementation sessions and get things quickly implemented. If a recommendation for a VA to use is required, we are happy to provide recommendations of a VA who is very reasonably priced and familiar with Suzanne’s legal documentation.

If the law seems overwhelming and putting your head in the sand and hoping that nothing bad happens seems the only option, the Journey to Total Legal Protection is absolutely 100% for you!

Suzanne regularly sees the huge impact on business, family time and health of not taking care of legal issues, and the head in the sand approach is just not a winning strategy.

To make it as easy as possible, we have chunked the programme up and are sharing EXACT steps that you need to take, with us by your side so that with a bit of time spent, all required legal protections will be put in place so that you can sleep well at night knowing that you are legally compliant and have everything protected to secure the sustainability and growth of your business

If legal jargon is a struggle, the Journey to Total Legal Protection Implementation Programme is a lifesaver.

There is no legal jargon used in any of the materials and Suzanne is well known for her straight talking, no nonsense, practical and relevant approach.

If business is lonely and you want to be amongst a warm and supportive community, the Journey to Total Legal Protection is absolutely 100% for you!

Our community of small business owners will support you, share their experiences and cheer you on when things get tough - not to mention celebrate your wins with you.

If you are thinking
“I don’t have enough money for this programme”
let me tell you, with my hand on my heart, that you can’t afford NOT to invest in this protection.
I know that as a small business owner, your resources are limited. And that is one of the overriding reasons why I have created this Journey to Total Legal Protection programme. We are revolutionising legal services by offering the first real alternative for small business owners to access quality legal guidance, tools and resources that are affordable for every small business.

If you're thinking “I don’t have enough money for this programme”, well let me just say with my hand on my heart that you can’t afford NOT to invest in this programme and start taking the protection of your business seriously. I have seen too many small business owners come to me after the problem, wanting my help to clean up a messy and expensive issue and every time I think - if only they had just carried out these few simple steps, they could so easily have prevented this issue that is causing them so much money, time, negative energy and stress.

At the end of the day £997 plus VAT is NOT "too expensive" if it is saving several thousand pounds (the average cost of a legal problem for a small business owner) and helping to grow your business. It's good business sense.

What price on business confidence?
The confidence to know that everything is protected as it should be?

The confidence that the right structures are in place to grow?

The confidence to talk to prospects, suppliers, customers and freelancers in a way that shows that you know what you are talking about and are not to be taken advantage of?

The confidence to have difficult conversations about refusing a refund, not moving goalposts, establishing boudaries when taking on clients?

And what price on the peace of mind to sleep easy at night?
So if you're ready to start putting all of the business fundamentals into place, in an easy and fun way with a great community supporting you and cheering you on, just click on the blue button below and we will be delighted to make the risk and uncertainty of legal problems a thing of the past.

Frequently asked questions
How does Journey to Total Legal Protection work?
It's simple. We are bringing together all three of our key offerings, namely access to all of our resources through our membership site, access to our celebrated 90 Day Implementation Programme and 12 months of access to our Savvy Shay Business Club where you have individual access to Suzanne and her trusted team of experts.

Once payment is received for the programme, we invite you to register for our membership site. Then you can log in and have instant access to all the materials in our easily navigable membership site. You will also be invited into our private Facebook group and invited to our surgeries where you have individual access to Suzanne and her team of trusted experts for any questions you have.  You will also be invited to exclusive members only monthly training sessions. We will be starting the 90 Day Implementation Programme after Easter.
I already have Small Business Legal Academy (SBLA), do I need this?
The Small Business Legal Academy provides the resources and an online course to protect your business, but obviously is completely DIY. With this Journey, you are benefitting from a 'Done With You' programme that will ensure that you actually get everything put in place - and importantly, correctly in place AND will give you individual access to Suzanne and her trusted team of experts.

So if you have invested in SBLA but haven’t yet got round to implementing everything, or aren’t sure that you have implemented correctly, this may be exactly what you need.

We are providing current SBLA members with a discount code of 10% - for the code, email us at support@suzannedibble.com.
What kind of templates are included in the Journey to Total Legal Protection?
We have added every legal document that we can think of that an online expert business owner might need. We know that we have many documents that simply aren't available as templates elsewhere. We also take requests - so if the document you need isn't included, there is a very good chance if you let us know what it is, we will add it in. Scroll up to see a full list of the template contracts, disclaimers and policies that are included.
What date does the 90 Day Programme start? What is the schedule for the calls?
The 90 Day Programme will start after the Easter holidays on Tuesday 19 April. Training sessions and Implementation Sessions are on Tuesdays and surgeries are on Thursdays at 12.30pm.

The training sessions will last for about an hour with additional time for Q&As. There will be recordings available if you can’t attend any of them. The implementation sessions will last for a half day.

All sessions are held on Zoom.
What if I'm outside of the UK? Can I still benefit from the Journey to Total Legal Protection?
This programme is designed for businesses within the UK. The contracts are subject to English law but if you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can easily change the governing law. We do have many businesses who are based outside of the UK but have a large UK customer base and the Journey will be very valuable for you if this applies to you.
How long can I continue to use the documents for and will they be updated?
You can use the documents for as long as you like. You will also benefit from updates to them for 12 months. If you would then like to renew your template membership to receive further updates and to ensure that your documents are effective, you can pay the sum of £197 per year to continue to receive this benefit.
How does it work with the monthly payments for the last 6 months?
The initial payment is £997 plus VAT (or three monthly instalments of £397 plus VAT). On the date falling 6 months after your registration for the Journey, we will automatically take £67pm for the next 6 months (unless you have passed your Roadmap in which case the fee will be £27pm).

The Roadmap is a test that checks that you have all necessary legal protections in place and have a base level of understanding of key legal concepts. If you attend all of the 90 Day programme sessions and have implemented as we take you through the materials, you should very easily be able to submit your Roadmap at the end of the 90 Day Programme and immediately reduce your monthly fee to £27pm.

If at the end of the final 6 months of the Journey you wish to continue to a be a member you can continue paying £27pm with no tie in.

If you have any more questions, please email us at support@suzannedibble.com.
