Many small business owners do not on their IP. How can that be? If you hired for example a designer to create your logo for you and there was not a correct assignment of the IP in the logo, then even if you paid the designer, that IP in the logo still belongs to them. As part of the Sprint, you will receive a template letter that will ensure that full ownership of your IP is transferred to you and we will be walking through how to complete it.
